Judge hears arguments in Hennis hearing

Lawyers in the court-martial of Master Sgt. Timothy Hennis today argued over whether additional funding is needed for defense experts.

A defense lawyer, Lt. Col. Andrew Glass, said about $9,500 is needed for three experts. One would consult on forensic evidence, another is an expert crime scene analyst and the third would recreate the crime and develop a profile of whoever committed the triple-murder for which Hennis is accused.
