Navy Times reports:  The former executive officer of a Mayport, Fla.-based destroyer pleaded not guilty to multiple counts of assault, wrongful sexual contact and other charges during an arraignment Wednesday at Naval Station Mayport, according to Naval Surface Force Atlantic.
